Problem: The starting motor will not rotate.
Solution: Check that the following connectors and components are connected properly: battery, starting motor, starter relay, alternator circuit breaker, starter switch, starter control relay, neutral start relay, “CONN 1”, “CONN 4”, “CONN 5”, “CONN 7”, “CONN 39” and “CONN 40”. If the problem still exists, use the following procedure to troubleshoot the system.
