Operation Section
Machine Operation
Run the engine s
peed at normal rpm. Run the
electrical system at a light load. If the light remains on,
drive the machine to a convenient stop. Investigate
the cause of th
e problem. The cause may be a loose
alternator belt, a broken alternator belt, a faulty
battery, a faulty alternator, etc.
Warning Categories
Warning Category 1
In category
1, the action light is solid amber. This
category alerts the operator that the machine system
needs attention.
Warning Category 2
In this cat
egory, the action light ashes red. The
warning category requires you to change the machine
operation. The machine operation must be altered in
order to r
educe the excessive temperature in one
of the systems or in more than one of the systems.
If the engine speed is too high, change the machine
operatio
n in order to reduce the excessive engine
speed.
If the al
ert indicator continues to ash, do not operate
the machine.

Hydraulic Oil Filter (3) This indicator
is illuminated when the lter is clogged
or when the lt
er is dirty. In extreme cold,
this indicator may illuminate until the hydraulic oil
temperature warms up.
Glow Plug (4)
This indicator is
illuminated when the glow plugs are on.
Operator Seat (5) This indicator will
illuminate if the operator leaves the seat
unoccupied.
Hydraulic Lockout (6) This indicator
is illuminated when the hydraulic lockout
is activated. The implement hydraulics are
OFF.
Fuel/Water Separator(7) The indicator
will illuminate when either of two items
occurs. The fuel/water separator must
be drained or the fuel/water separator should be
changed.
Note: When the fuel lters are plugged, action lamp
(1) may illuminate in a solid amber color or a ashing
red color. This depends on the amount of plugging of
the fuel/water separator.
Engine Air Filter(8) This indicator is
illuminated when the lter is clogged or
when the lter is dirty.
MachineSecuritySystem(9) The
indicator will illuminate when the machine
security system is activated and an attempt
to start the machine is made.
Float (10) This indicator is illuminated
when the oat mode is selected.
Parking Brake (11) This indicator is
illuminated when the parking brake is
engaged. If the operator leaves the seat
with the parking brake switch OFF, the parking brake
is applied automatically and the indicator ashes .
Toggle the parking brake switch in order to disengage
the parking brake.
Engine Oil Pressure (12) This indicator
is illuminated when engine oil pressure is
low.
