SAE 10W oil … 50° ± 5°C (122° ± 9°F)
Pump rotation should be clockwise.

At the following pressure settings, measure the output flow.
- Output flow … 200 + 2 – 1 L/min (52.8 + 0.5 – 0.3 US gpm)
- Pump delivery pressure … 9800 kPa (1425 psi)
- Power shift pressure … 0 kPa (0 psi)
- Pump speed … 1800 rpm
- Minimum output flow … 163 L/min (43.1 US gpm)
- Pump delivery pressure … 15700 kPa (2300 psi)
- Power shift pressure … 1270 kPa (185 psi)
- Pump speed … 1800 rpm
Main Pump
(1) Apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the seals.
(2) Torque for 38 plugs … 13 ± 2 N·m (115 ± 18 lb in)
(3) Align the port locations for both barrels during assembly.
(4) Torque for three plugs … 25 ± 3 N·m (18 ± 2 lb ft)
(5) 18 118-4057 Springs
- Free length … 35.9 mm (1.41 inch)
- Outside diameter … 9.5 mm (0.37 inch)
(6) Torque for two bolts … 44 ± 4 N·m (32 ± 3 lb ft)
