(1) Torque for nut … 11900 ± 600 N·m (8777 ± 443 lb ft)
(2) Lubricate the inside diameter and outside diameter with clean grease.
(3) The slit in the ring must turn in the direction of the piston.
(4) Diameter of the rod assembly … 100 mm (3.9 inch)
(5) Torque for 12 bolts … 367 ± 55 N·m (271 ± 41 lb ft)
(6) Bore of head … 100 mm (3.9 inch)
Note: Make sure that the bearings are installed in the bore so that the identification numbers of the bearings are facing outward.
(7) 163-3747 Sleeve Bearing
- Outside diameter … 95.102 ± 0.011 mm (3.7442 ± 0.0004 inch)
- Inside diameter … 80.00 ± 0.02 mm (3.150 ± 0.001 inch)
- Install the bearing in the bearing bore. … centered
(8) Lubricate the sealing lip slightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
- Quantity … 4
- Install the seal in the bearing bore. … 1.00 ± 0.50 mm (0.039 ± 0.020 inch)
(9) Torque for fitting … 9.3 ± 4.9 N·m (82.0 ± 43.0 lb in)
(10) Bore of cylinder … 140.0 mm (5.51 inch)
(11) After tightening the setscrew (11) , stake the setscrew in two places.
- Torque for setscrew … 57 ± 10 N·m (42 ± 7 lb ft)
