Fan with Engine Retarder in High Mode
Description:
The Fan with Engine Retarder in High Mode parameter
determines if the Cooling Fan will turn ON when the
Engine Retarder has been active in the High mode for
at least 2 seconds (JUN95 or newer Personality Module
Software, for JAN95 or earlier Personality Module
Software the Engine Retarder had to be active in the
High mode for 10 seconds). The truck must be wired so
that the ECM is controlling the cooling fan operation and
the engine must have a retarder installed for this feature
to function.
