System Settings
The System Settings are set at the factory and cannot be
changed by the customer. Generally, these parameters
defi ne the installed status of specifi c engine hardware.
• Personality Module Code - Unique number that iden-
tifi es the engine software
• FLS - Full Load Setting used to fi ne adjust engine
power. FTS can be changed by Caterpillar Dealer.
• FTS - Full Torque Setting used to fi ne adjust engine
power. FTS can be changed by Caterpillar Dealer.
• Air Inlet Shutoff System Installation - Informs ECM if
appropriate hardware is present.
