Selecting a File

Purpose
The Save As dialog box allows you to save Data Logger files on a
drive other than the default drive.
Instructions
Perform the following steps to save a Data Logger file:
Step 1 Select the file type from the “Save files of type:” drop-
down list. This data is saved as a *.txt file
Step 2 Select the drive from the Drives drop-down list.
Step 3 In the Directories list box, Select the directory that you
want to store the file in.
Step 4 Type the name of the file In front of the file extension, in
the File Name text box (be sure you remove the *). A file
name can contain up to eight characters, plus the
extension (.txt).
Note: By default the file name is saved by the date the log was
taken.
Step 6 To connect to a network drive, press the “Network...”
pushbutton. The Map Network Drive dialog box displays.
Press “OK” when you have finished with the desired
connections. Press “Cancel” if you decide not to make a
