Phone Book Drop-Down Menu Functions

Purpose
The Phone Book tool displays defined connection sites from the
current CCM, allowing you to manage multiple CCM connection
sites. The sites can be connected to either Directly or by Modem.
Note: This dialog box is also displayed when Cat CCM PC starts up.
Instructions
To open the Phone Book dialog box:
Select the Phone Book menu or select Connect from the Data Link
menu. The Phone Book dialog box displays.
Screen Layout
The Phone Book dialog box has the following areas:
Display Area
The Phone Book display area has two columns: Description and
Connection. The Description column gives the site description name.
The Connection column displays if the site connection is Modem or
Direct.
Set As Default Check Box
Check the Set As Default check box to select a default site. The
default site will be highlighted when you start CCM PC.
